I combined: - 250 gr Greek Style Yogurt - 1 spoon smooth peanut butter - 1 teaspoon maple syrup I then topped with melted dark+milk chocolate combined with some crushed nuts or peanuts. Refrigerated for about 30-40 min.
I baked the chocolate in the preheated oven at 120C for about 5-8 minutes. After decorating, I added it in the freezer for about 20 mins.

Ingredients: - 300g (1 1/4 cups) greek yogurt - 1 spoon Psyllium Husk (optional - is very high in fiber and will thicken the yogurt so don't add more than that) - 2 spoons unsweetened cocoa powder - 4 teaspoons your fav sweetener (I added maple syrup) - melted dark + lil' bit of milk chocolate (so you can break the chocolate when you eat) - in the fridge for about 30 mins

Best Brownie Recipe 1st Combo - Melt - 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate - 200 g (1 3/4 US sticks) unsalted butter 2nd Combo - Combine and stir a few minutes until sugar is well dissolved - 200 g (1 cup) sugar - 3 eggs - 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract - 1 pinch salt Combine the 2 combos together and mix them well Add at the end - 70 g (1/2 cups) plain flour - 25 g (1/4 cups) cocoa powder Bake at 180 °C (360 °F) for 30-35 minutes (or until your toothpick comes out with moist crumbs attached)

Ingredients: 400 ml (1 1/2 cups) water 7g (2 tsp) dried yeast 4g (1 tsp) sugar 7g (2tsp) salt 500 g (4 cups) flour 2 spoons ( 2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil Bake at 220°C ( 440°F ) for 20-25 min
Rafaello Ingredients: - 250g (2cups) milk powder - 150g (1 1/2 cups) shredded coconut + more for rolling the balls into coconut - 100g (1/2 cups) sugar - 100g (1 stick) (1/2cups) unsalted butter - peanuts/almonds - 90 ml (1/3 cups) water - 5ml (1tsp) vanilla extract - 1 pinch salt Instructions - Mix the milk powder and shredded coconut - Make the syrup by adding the water and sugar in a pan and wait and stir until the sugar dissolves - add the butter, vanilla extract and salt and stir together until the butter dissolves - add the syrup mixture in the bowl with the milk powder and coconut and mix together with wooden spoon and then with hand until combined well - let the composition rest for about 5-7 minutes, before shaping the balls - I heated the almonds in water for about 10-15 mins until water was hot, and then took the almonds out and peeled them easily - form into balls like in the video and add almonds in them - roll the balls into shredded coconut Enjoy! ✨

Ingredients 4 Ripe Bananas (keep blending until they get into a more liquid form) 2 spoons of dark cocoa 1 egg Bake in the oven for 20min with air at 160°C (320°F) Add dark chocolate chips on top if you wish at the end. Let it cool for about 30-45 min.
Ingredients: Pie crust: 2 1/2 cups (350g) all-purpose flour 1 tbsp (20g) sugar 1 tsp (5g) salt 1 cup (230 g) cold unsalted butter (straight from the fridge) 1/4 (120ml) cup cold water (from fridge) (1) In a stand mixer or food processor mix the flour with sugar and salt -add the butter and mix until butter pieces are the size of a bean -add the ice cold water and then mix until the dough comes together like in the video (add more water if your dough is crumbly like I did after mixing) -separate the dough into 2 and add each one in a plastic wrap, and then add them in the fridge for about 1+ hours Filling 6-7 apples (add cinnamon over apples before mixing with the filling) 1/2 cups butter (115 g) unsalted butter 1 tbsp flour Brown sugar (as much as you want) or depending how sweet your apples are (2) add the butter in the pan, and let it melt -add the flour, and mix for about 1 min -add the brown sugar and let it melt (about 3 minutes, until composition is sticky-liquid) -add the apples (seasoned with cinnamon) cut in pieces as little as you want them to be (3) Take the dough out the fridge, and if the dough is still crumbly, sprinkle the crumbling parts with lil bit of water -One piece of dough is going to be the base of the pie, and the other piece the cover of the apple pie (split the cover in 10 equal pieces, like in the video) -Assemble like in the video, or like you want it. -Before adding the pie in the oven, mix 1 egg with 1/s tbsp sugar and brush the pie with is -Add in the oven for 50 min at 420°F (215°C)

Hi Matt! 425 °F or 226 °C . I preheated the dutch oven for about 15-20 min.

Can you please tell me what you added in the water before yeast?
I added 2 tsp of a mix of Sea salt and Himalayan Salt, but you can add which salt you want better! 🙂
